Spicy Chilli Chicken Recipe








                                               


Ingredients for frying the chicken :-


Fresh Chicken :-  1/2 (Boneless – cut into small pieces)
Garlic - Ginger paste: - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves :- 1
Red chilli powder :- 2 tsp (its better  if u can use Kashmiri Chilli powder)
Pepper Powder :-1tsp
Turmeric powder :- ½ tsp
Garam masala:-1 tsp
Chicken masala :-1 tsp
Tomato sauce :-1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce :-1/ 2 tsp
Egg :- 1
Maida :- 1 tsp
Curd :- 1 tsp
Salt :-  to taste
Cococnut oil :- 4 to 5 tsp





Ingredients for the preparation of chilli chicken  :-
  




Fried Chicken
Onion :- 3 (peeled and sliced as small pieces)
Garlic - Ginger paste: -1/2 tsp
Green Chillies :- 6  (sliced)
Curry Leaves :- 3
Red chilli powder :- 2 tsp (its better  if u can use Kashmiri Chilli powder)
Pepper Powder :- 1tsp
Garam masala:-2 tsp
Chicken masala :- 2 tsp
Tomato sauce :-1 tsp
Chilli sauce :-1 tsp
Coconut oil :- 2 tsp
Salt :-  to taste




Method for frying the Chicken  :-


 
                 



  1.  Wash the chicken very nicely (very clean)  ; drain and then cut into small pieces
  2. Mix the chicken pieces with Garlic - Ginger paste , Curry Leaves, Red chilli  powder , Pepper Powder ,Turmeric powder ,salt , Garam masala , Chicken masala , Tomato sauce , Chilli sauce and Curd
  3. After that  beat the egg well and pour it on the above mixture
  4. Then add 1spoon of maida and mix well the whole mixture
  5. Then allow it to stand for 30 to 40 minutes
  6. Drain the excess liquid and store it in a pot.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till it turns light brown colour
  8. Keep the fried chicken pieces in a separate container



Method for making  Chilli Chicken 


  1.   Heat the oil in a pan and then add the garlic – ginger paste and fry it for 1 minute
  2.  Add three sliced green chillies, two sliced onion (sliced in to very small pieces),little curry leaves  and fry till it turns light brown colour
  3. Then add the remaining onion pieces, green chillies (its better  if u can use capsicum) and curry leaves and mix it nicely
  4. Then add garam masala, chicken masala,chilly powder,pepper powder , salt and fry it for 20 to 30 seconds
  5. Then add the fried chicken pieces
  6. Pour the excess liquid that we kept in the pot , tomato sauce and chilli sauce and mix well with the chicken
  7. Keep the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes under fire
  8. Stop the fire and transfer the dish in to a serving  pot
                           



                                 


     Serve   the   hot  Spicy  Chilli Chicken  with  Chapati
