Nadan Elayada Recipe




                               



Ingredients :-


Rice flour : -2 cups
Freshly grated coconut :-  2 cups
Banana :-2
Sugar :- as required
Banana leaf :- as required



Method   for   making   Elayada :-



                              
  1.  Peel the bananas and slice into very small pieces and mix well with grated coconut and sugar and put aside
  2. Roast the rice flour slightly and allow it to cool
  3. Mix the rice flour with salt and ½ cup of water
  4. Combine well and make it to a smooth dough
  5. Take a little and make it to a ball and press it on the banana leaf into a round shape as thin as possible
  6. Place the coconut banana mixture on it and gently fold the banana leaf
  7. Repeat the same process till the dough and coconut mixture are over
  8. Place it in the pot and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes
  9. Remove from the fire and transfer the ellayadas into a serving plate
                                                            
                                      
    
                  
                 Serve  the  Sweet   Elayada
