Ingredients :-
Tomato
:- 3 Nos
Onion :-2 Nos (peeled and sliced)
Green Chillies :- 5 (sliced)
Garlic:- 3 (sliced)
Ginger : - a small piece (sliced)
Curry Leaves :- 2 tsp
Red chilly powder :- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder :- ½ tsp
Garam masala:-1 tsp
Coconut oil :- as required
Salt :- to taste
Method of
preparation :-
Cut the tomato into small pieces and mix with little of salt
and turmeric powder .Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger.Then add sliced onion , green chilli , curry leaves and fry
it till it turns light brown colour .After that add red chilli powder ,garam masala and little of salt .Mix well the masala and fry it .Immediately add the tomato and and mix well with the masala .Cook the tomato by adding little of water .Keep it under fire till it turns into a thick gravy.Remove it from fire and transfer into a serving pot .Garnish the masala gravy with curry leaves
Serve the
hot Spicy Tomato
